E-Manage – What is it?
E-Manage is our server and workstation monitoring service. We install a lightweight application on your devices that monitors the system for potential issues.
How do I know what it’s doing?
E-Manage can be configured to send you daily reports about what checks it performed and the results of those checks. There are also options for weekly and monthly summary reports, which will give you a better idea of the issues on your devices over time.
What if I don’t want to deal with the email reports?
We completely understand that. As a part of this service, we review every report that is sent to our E-Manage customers. If there’s a problem with your system, we’ll contact you to discuss the issue and what should be done about it.
